No, In Japanese and other asian cultures Hypnosis is synonamous with Qi Gong/ Chi Kung.
What you are seeing is supposedly her response the Ki projection of the master.
Alot of hypnotists make the mistake of lumping energetically induced trance or state phenomenon with Hypnotic Phenomenon.
The two are so close as to be considered the same thing.
